***Returns & Exchanges***
(We do not accept Returns only Exchanges)
-Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
(Conditions of Exchange)
-Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.
-Item must be in original condition or it will not be eligible for an exchange.
 
***Shipping Process***
Orders take 5 or less business days to process.
(Tracking)
-You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been shipped. If you do not receive one, please message us and we will gladly help.
(International Customs Fees)
-Orders placed outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes and duties. We do not take responsibility for customs fee.
(Lost / Stolen Packages)
-After an order has been marked as (delivered), we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure that the shipping address provided is secure for handling delivered packages. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send out for you. Once we ship the liability is between you and USPS. Each order comes with a tracking number, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.
(Cancellations)
Please notify us within 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order. If an order is placed after shipping label was created we are unable to cancel orders.
